How an estate sale works
Peach Pit Pickers runs on-site estate sales in Athens, Georgia and nearby towns — not auctions. A free consultation comes first. We walk the home, set sale days that fit your schedule (any day of the week), then sort, price, advertise, and staff the door so you don’t have to run the crowd.
Call or write
Town, timing, and a little about the house. Photos help; they aren’t required. Consultation is free.
Walkthrough
We visit the home in person. Photos beforehand are welcome; they don’t replace the walkthrough. We check fit for the home and the timeline.
Prep and sale days
We sort, price, advertise, and staff. You don’t run the crowd. Sale days can be any day of the week — not only Friday and Saturday.
Afterward
When the sale closes, we settle with you on what sold and talk through next steps for anything left. Details stay in the agreement for your sale.
